Took a prescription to get filled and pharmacist asked if I wanted to switch to them for regular meds. I explained I usually have meds delivered and do not live in the vicinity of this pharmacy but she assured me they deliver to my area a few times per week and this would not be a problem. I agreed and completed the necessary paperwork then ordered meds. One prescription hasn't been pulled down yet but has been ready since 26th September, another two were pulled down but were not delivered. I managed to get to the pharmacy a week later and they hadn't even been dispensed. Until these pharmacists understand that medications are important when managing complex health conditions and running out of medications can have severe consequences for their patients they cannot be trusted to handle my medications and I have now changed my regular pharmacy to another which will hopefully be able to fulfil their role as well as my previous pharmacy did. As such I cannot recommend this pharmacy for anyone who needs medications delivering or dispensing regularly.
