Not once has this pharmacy managed to process my prescription without me chasing for it! The first time was they did not have my mobile number to text me it was ready. The number was on screen, but there "was no tick against it to say they could contact me on it" The second time I had to go in after 14 days as it co-incited with me doing my shopping, and the excuse that time was that the surgery had only just sent the repeat prescription. On checking with surgery, it had in fact been sent two days after it was requested! This is now the third time of attempting what is supposed to be a seamless transaction. This time after 12 days of actually requesting a repeat prescription in person over the counter, I phone the pharmacy to query what is going on and after 7 minutes of ringing, the gentleman tells me he cannot hear me as the line is bad and to call later. He then terminated the call despite the fact that I could hear him clearly!! So far this service appears to be exceedingly inefficient and in this case quite rude!
