I am very upset about not receiving my deposit box over the xmas period. I phoned your pharmacy on the hope of getting an answerphone message telling me what I could do. But there was no messages at all. Therefore that meant i had no tablets from Monday till wednesdays. I was in terrible distress as I was having palpitations restless legs pains from my fibromyalgia ,pacing up and down my front room. When my partner went to your chemist the deposit box was left there never put out for delivery and he never even got an apology for the distress this had caused.

I was in the shop about a week ago I said to myself out loud this is the second time my scription is not ready then either rude lady from behind the counter started screaming at me about it’s not their fault she carried on so she got very upset it looked like she was going to come round the counter and a couple of staff just turned up to say no no no he’s not worth it but she would’ve had them for a few seconds and let me speak she would’ve found it but was trying to find out why this is happening since then I sent an email to my doctors and they sent me one back apologising for delays on emails but since apologised they have got better but now I cannot get a delivery from your chemist I am a disabled man with a bad heart I need my medication but the excuse I’ve got was a mumble room I’ve been very ill this week with bad migraine and I have been in bed I’ve been let down by your pharmacy very upset
