I have used the Strand pharmacy for over 2 years now and have never had a problem with them , they ( the staff ) were the first ones to inform me about " prepaid medical certificate / card " which not only saves me money but makes paying for my subscriptions a lot easier through the monthly direct debit , no other chemists I used to use ever mentioned that to me . I have always found the members of staff very helpful and chearful , they sort out my prescriptions every month without any " hiccups " but on the rare occasions where one has occurred ( not on their part I might had ) , they have been quick to solved it making my life easier , the ordering and collection of my monthly prescriptions has never been so good and simple . Modern day life has many " stresses " out there that can give you an headache ... Ironically , even though you would be in the right place , Strand pharmacy isn't one of them ! Great service with a smile .

Have used the Strand for over 20 years and always found them friendly and helpful. Where issues have arisen, they have gone out of their way to sort them out and, while at present there are some queries about their current long-term accommodation, I have no doubts that they will continue to offer the current high level of service. 100% satisfaction.
