We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Month after month I use this pharmacy and I am sorry to say there are many more months I have problems then good months. I pick up 3 lots of prescriptions and I give over a week each time to collect most months I go in and most of the prescriptions have not been picked and checked the last time I hade to wait 40 mins and my disabled wife was sitting in the car. On many occasions I get home and find things missing and have to phone up and go back again this is not good with a disabled partner. Something needs to be done to make this pharmacy run better I constantly here people moaning at the counter and can understand why. Not well run terrible service. Original Comment Report...

Thank you for your message and I apologise for the poor service you have been receiving from the Well Ormesby - Cromer Road branch.
We take this feedback seriously and the Regional Manager who is responsible for this branch has been informed. They will follow this up during their next visit to the branch to discuss why there is ongoing problems with getting prescriptions ready on time. I understand it must be really frustrating and inconvenient to have wait for prescriptions, even after allowing enough time. We have procedures in place for preparing prescriptions, I will ask the Regional Manager to address this to see where the branch need to improve.

In Cypres on holiday and unknown to us the temp gauge in our fridge in our hotel room wasn't working when we stored insulin in it so it froze solid and was unusable. As the local chemist did not stock the necessary insulin I phoned our local chemist in Ormesby to ask his advice. He couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. I learned a lot that day and couldn't be more grateful for his advice and reassurance. We were able to adjust the insulin available locally from his advice and all ended well.
