I have been a regular customer at Osbon for many years. I find the Pharmacists both helpful and knowledgable. The whole team really try to give a great customer experience. I am always welcomed with smiles from all of the staff. A really special, family-style business that deserves to do well. | ||||||

The staff are very rude. Nobody was friendly or smiling, nobody greeted me despite all staff members being free and I was already standing at the cash desk. I spoke to several of them - cashier seemed really clueless although not mean per se, another staff member mocked me for asking a question about prescription charges (I had been out of the country for several years). I had lost my voice and couldn't speak above a whisper but the pharmacist was trying to carry on a conversation with me from several metres away - i had to gesture to him to come nearer. The products are very overpriced - £2.50 for a box of ibuprofen normally 16p in a supermarket. In the end I was so fed up, I took my prescription back and left. A rubbish experience - Avoid | ||||||
