I have tried to use the phone to contact this pharmacy a number of times. It rings for 10 mins then you are cut off. | ||||||

I’ve rung four times this afternoon and got no reply.
When I went to collect my prescription yesterday the pharmacist said I’d get a phone call today letting me know they had my medicine.
There was no phone call and I am now still waiting to know whether they got my eye gel.
I won’t bother with boots again as they are unreliable. | ||||||

It can take 3 weeks plus to get them to fulfill a prescription, they do not answer the phone so you have to visit to be told they haven't ordered anything on your prescription (even though they have had it for two weeks) and it will be ready in 3 days, you still don't receive confirmation that it's ready after 2 weeks and 3 days and have to go through the whole process again. Back and fourth and all this time you have no medication, it's disgusting service for a big brand pharmacy. | ||||||
