My intention was to lay out the problems l have had since using this pharmacy. But the list is just to long in conversations with other customers l found l'm not the only one that has problems.
The staff are friendly enough, the place is just super inefficient perhaps it is lack of training, poor equipment l don't know but something must be done.
I will not be going back even if it means travelling to get an efficient service. I would not in anyway recommend this pharmacy. I would urge people to look elsewhere, l wouldn't even use these as a last resort. | ||||||

For an independent pharmacy, this is a brilliant chemist.

I arrived at 9.15am enquiring about emergency medication I needed. I was told to take a seat and would be seen to shortly. Within 5 minutes I was then greeted personally by the pharmacist who apologised for my wait despite it only being a few minutes. He explained there would be 2 trainees present in my consultation who were looking for experience and asked if I was ok with this. He gave me the opportunity to not have them present- although I was more than happy to have them in the room. I then entered the private room and was reassured of the confidentiality of everything that was going to be discussed. The 2 trainees were both very friendly and introduced themselves.
The pharmasist himself was extremely informative and efficient, he answered all my questions before i had even asked them. He was very patient and took time to really make sure I understood everything and gave me plenty opportunity to ask further questions. I was provided with all the necessary leaflet/information to take with me and by 9.30 I was leaving the pharmacy- 15 minutes in total which was great considering the pharmacist really took his time and did not rush. I could not fault in any way the service I was provided. I am very happy to have a local pharmacy with this level of service and will continue to highly recommend it. | ||||||
