They do not read their medications! This is the second time they have stored my refrigerated medicines on the shelves. I went to collect today after they failed to call as promised to let me know my order arrived. 3 days late. I go in and say it should be in the fridge, he gets it from the shelf so i request my green slip back. I had told them on order that in needs keeping in fridge. The first time they put it on the top shelf next to the hot lights in the middle of summer. Then refused to accept that i would not receive it, saying its dispensed which is not until its in the customers hands. It clearly says store in fridge until dispensation. I had to argue to get my green slip back. I usually go further afield to a trusted pharmacy but couldn't this time. I am certain now that ill try anywhere but here in the future. Consider doing the same.
