Today the pharmacist was very rude and unhelpful.I always use this pharmacy because it is near to my GP.The the pharmacist while verified my address told me that it was wrong and I requested the prescription back to check with my GP.But the pharmacist didn't gave the prescription back to me.Responded to my request to give the prescription back in a very strange way. Then I asked the pharmacist about the dose of medicine .But the response off them to me was shocking saying that I should read the label on the medicine bottle I would recommend the pharmacist should behave in a responsible way to the customer

I am very disappointed my regular prescription was not prepared and texted me to collect. I am extremely busy from 8am to 5pm weekdays and I have now run out of heart medicines. It is essential I have one a day and your chemist has allowed me to go without over the weekend!
