I feel that I get an excellent service at the pharmacy mr Patel is always very helpful. More often than not I will go to the pharmacy rather than the doctors. | ||||||

The chemist at Olins is very helpful with great knowledge. However another person that works in there has the most appalling customer service. If they continue to work in a chemist they need to appreciate there will be some very ill people coming in and they do not need to be made to feel uncomfortable. This member of staff really needs to learn how to have some compassion for the people that are coming in especially if you can see they are extremely ill and unable to stand around waiting for long. | ||||||
