Staff are terrible. I am disabled, i waited over a week for urgent morphine. Repeat prescriptions are delivered 2wks late, or not at all. I've had to contact their HO and complain, still no improvement. When i at last got a call, i was given no apology, girl was rude, and told me if i wasn't happy i could go elsewhere. I can't believe HO have not looked in to the complaints, they must not care.

Female staff are rude, unprofessional and behave abominably. Discuss private matters in loud voices...really need boot camp training in customer service and anger management. Any discussion threaten to un-nominate family member..too late found another chemist.
