This chemist should be a five star as it serves the local community however I have to give just one star for the simple fact that the phones are never and I mean never answered. I can try 5 times in a day and it either just rings out or is engaged.. How it can be engaged I don’t know as the phone is never answered when I call no matter what time of day I call. Extremely frustrating for patients (such as myself) who can’t stand for the period time it takes for them to get your prescription ready especially when they ask you if you’ve already phoned through, which I continually try to do but continually the phone is never answered. If this was the odd time I would put this down to being busy but this is at least the fourth prescription I need and am unable to get the prescription ready in advance by calling.
