There never seems to be a pharmacist at this store when you need one, they seem to be on lunch breaks permanently with no cover: please sort yourselves out, you shouldn’t have to close the pharmacy at lunch in a busy town like Marlborough.

For some reason, my GP in Ramsbury and Boots in Marlborough always seem to have some sort of communication error whenever I try and pick up my prescription (which is quite often). Boots are constantly telling me they haven't received the electronic prescription, so I ring my doctors and they stress that they have sent it, so I return to Boots and they instruct me the GP has to send it once more. It happens nearly every single time. On one occasion, I had to get a family member to get my prescription and she came home with 3 bags of things which I had been prescribed months ago (and obviously no longer needed), back when Boots 'hadn't received the prescriptions' so paid £8.20 per item for things I was prescribed with 6 months ago! Its an absolute pain of a pharmacy to go to; even on the rare occasion they have the prescription, it takes the pharmacist 20 odd minutes to find it as they have an appalling storage system which includes bundling everyone's prescriptions in a box, labelled 'surnames A - C' etc.
