This chemist as always been extremely efficient. But over the last couple of months it has gone seriously down hill. For example misplacing prescriptions even though dropped off day before and when picking up following day can't be found. Incorrect quantities given because haven't read prescription properly. Pharmacist implying we haven't even dropped off script even though found at later date. Dropped off prescription on Friday and my husband went in Saturday to pick up only to be told can't find it will have to ring another member of staff. It's a good job I always have enough medication left otherwise left with nothing. This is still ongoing. Hopefully medication will be ready on Monday.
