We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.

    As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

    I have used this pharmacy for as long as I can remember and the staff are always very helpful. There can often be a wait to collect prescriptions but this is due to it being the main pharmacy for Claypath Medical Practice so it can get very busy. I cannot fault the pharmacist; he has always been polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He has conducted reviews of my medication to check everything is ok. I would feel comfortable coming here with any queries.

    Inefficient, slow, rude and unhelpful; and nobody answer the phone. Go to Boot's, is my advice, where the staff know what they're doing and don't talk to you as if you were an annoying child.
