I went to query my medication at the pharmacy, the counter assistant was polite to me and listened what I had to say. The counter assistant told the query to the pharmacist who was very helpful and tried to explain to me about the medication, he was understanding and sincerely tried to help me. At the time the pharmacist was sorting my problem out, the dispenser came to the counter and starting shouting me in a loud tone that it was my fault about the medication I was querying , when their were other people present in the pharmacy. She is very rude, unapologetic, arrogant, domineering, poor communication and understanding skills about patients needs. Overall the other staff members are excellent, the pharmacist is always helpful and caring towards my needs.
