I suppose it isn’t possible to give less than 1 star but that would reflect the experience I had. Prescription sent on Tuesday. I went on Friday pm. One item out of stock, not ordered, why I ask, I don’t know says the pharmacy assistant. I say it’s not acceptable, she says it’s not me I wasn’t in. I explain that the medication is needed to keep me well and that by not ordering they were messing with my health. Pharmacy assistants face goes red and she becomes aggressive in her attitude, saying she is tired of been shouted at. I said I didn’t raise my voice, gesticulate or say say anything rude or offensive. She repeats her allegations of being rude whist another member of staff looks at me and snorts. I really don’t care what problems people have at work or in home life, I am there as a customer not someone to take frustration out on. Spoke to manager put in a formal complaint, she was overly defensive of the assistant. Suggested she look at CCTV. Haven’t much faith so complained to head office. Await response
