I must say, this pharmacy knocks the spots of the horrendous Westfield Walk pharmacy. It is nice to swap and now be at a pharmacy that is much quicker and more efficient. The staff here are friendly and smile!! It really is a far cry from the brusque-mannered unpleasant staff at Westfield Walk. Going to the pharmacy is no longer a depressing experience that fills me with dread and anxiety. They are also professional and the place is not run down and dirty either. I don't think Westfield Walk has left the 1970s yet, has it? Leominster is modern and clean. Keep up the good work!! BRILLIANT. Thank you | ||||||

Since a change of pharmacist this pharmacy has gone downhill. What was a friendly customer service orientated pharmacist has been replaced by a sullen, slow and miserable individual who seems as if they don’t actually want to be at work let alone in a customer facing role. The other staff remain helpful and friendly but they do seem hampered by their colleague. In addition to that dispensing errors occur frequently when I collect prescriptions and this results in repeat visits to correct the errors. Sadly I can’t recommend this business. | ||||||

The friendliest in Leominster customer care is in abundance. Staff well trained and with a manager who obviously cares for their staff and clients | ||||||
