I trusted Boots in linthorpe Middlesbrough to order my prescription. Thus wasn’t done I had to wait until after the Easter holidays to ring to instigate the request I went to the store the next day but the pharmacist on the day refused to loan me my two blood pressure medications. She told me to ring the GP who told me it was in hand and Boots should loan me some since they didn’t order in time. I usually get good service with the other pharmacists but this Lady was totally blasé about the fact that I had had no medication for some time.
