Efficient and well mannered staff who are always willing to help. One pharmacist in particular, Sammy was incredibly helpful and assisted me well when I was confused with my prescription. This is the only pharmacy I now go to.

my experience visiting this pharmacy last few week has been poor and stressing.most of the people working there run around like headless chicken and make you wait for longer than you should.I book my medication online every time and when i go to pick it up 3 or 4 day later ,i have to wait for them for at least 20 min to 30 min for them to give me my medication and on the top of that they tell me to come back for the rest .I thought the idea to order medication online is to have my medication complete and ready to pick up .Since the new staff operating that pharmacy last two months came into the scene the standards dropped a lot. Hi there
Thanks for taking the time to post your review. I apologise for the disappointing service and wait times you experienced when visiting our pharmacy. This certainly isn't the standard of service we expect for our customers and I'm sorry for any upset caused.
I will ensure your feedback is recorded and shared with the Regional Management Team, who will take any appropriate action found to be necessary.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope you see an improvement in future.
