Pharmacist told me to give my toddler with chicken pox ibuprofen in response to my question about a cream, despite NHS website saying this " it can make someone with chickenpox very ill" www.nhs.uk/conditions/chickenpox/. I went back a second time to clarify their advice, at no point did I say I was struggling to control my child's temperature.

This pharmacy is awful. The staff are indifferent, the customer service awful, they make you wait outside on the pavement, they are slow in dispensing and twice recently, they have closed at 5 instead of 6, putting a note on the door! Leaving me both times without vital painkillers. Thank you Lloyd’s Pharmacy, I shall be getting my prescription sent to another pharmacy from tomorrow!
