Absolutely disgusting service. My mother in law has come out of the chemist really upset due to the manager being extremely rude to her. She has been waiting for her medication to come into store for nearly two weeks they said they would call with an update as to when she would be able to collect it and she hasn’t been phoned. She went into store today to be told quite rudely that they can’t get it and the dose she needs is out of stock. Then proceeds to tell her that she only takes 15mg anyway and it’s a low dose so she can do without it. My mother in law then proceeds to tell her she take 3 15mg tablets three times a day. To which the manager states “I’m surprised your not asleep all day. What right does this women have to talk to customers like that. This is not the first time she has been spoken to like this and is seriously considering using another chemist.

I have been waiting just over a week for my prescription. I rang and was told it had been delayed because of the bank holidays.this should not be an excuse. I have ran out of my medications and have now to wait nearly another week before they get it to me. Its either the doctors holding them up deliberately or the chemist deliberately.
