We've lived in Wraysbury since 1984 and have found all the shops in our little village to be helpful and efficiently run. However, the Pharmacy and its staff, under Simon's leadership, go way beyond being helpful and efficient. They are an amazing crew of 3 or 4 permanent staff. Nearly every time we go in, they are busy, but no matter how busy or tired they may be, they treat everyone as though they're the only people in the shop, giving their time and necessary information, with a smile. Thank you, all of you, for being there for us. And, by the way, one review from someone complaining about the Pharmacy letting them down with repeat prescriptions.. please think beyond the Pharmacy. Most holdups are down to the GP Surgeries not getting prescriptions signed by GP's. GP's are busy seeing patients and have to allot time to do admin tasks. Once the Pharmacy gets them, they action them straightaway. Keep going girls, you are highly appreciated. Brian & Kath.
