I took my wife to the Asda pharmacy in Ventura Park, Tamworth yesterday it get a prescription competed. We asked about a PPC and was told to go online. I asked for the form to fill in, and the pharmacist told me that he did not have them. When I suggested it would be a good idea he simply told me that he didn’t have to. The man simply did not care. I have now gone on line to apply retrospectively for a PPC, only to find out that my wife should have been given a form CP57 in order to reclaim. So not only did we receive poor service, we are £8.80 out of pocket. The pharmacist should have known this, but to be frank he didn’t care. Rude, unhelpful and not somewhere I will go again. So ASDA. your pharmacy is costing you my business.
