Wanted to leave a review based on a poor customer service experience I faced recently. I am new in Stratford, so looked at the good reviews first to judge myself before leaving a negative review. Found 3 x positive reviews (one in each year 2018, 2019 & 2020). We are in 2022 and I suppose the counter staff (with inadequate customer service skills) and management (perhaps with no caliber to manage the team?) might have changed since those reviews. Not sure whom to blame though I suppose it’s the management fault if the frontline staff has no customer service skills and I really doubt that he/she has not observed so far that the staffs make fun of customer and treat people differently. Again not sure if it was just to me due to me being an elderly?. I would not recommend this pharmacy under the current management. Left the same review in another platform in a hope that the owner/franchise would see the review and take necessary steps for improvement. | ||||||
