My doctor send a prescription of something which was not available.
The pharmacist was so helpful he not only call the doctors and spoke to them to change prescription to what is available but also get that delivered on the same day.
The shop is tiedy clean and well organised.
Staff was polite and helpful.
I love the service.

Went to pharmacy today for my son's epipen with second RD but the pharmacist refuse to give the medication out as they haven't had the RA and send it to PPA. Well the RA was given to them during first dispensing of RD and they can find this on their records. My concerns are how come one can send RA for claim without completing all the repeats (RD). And why the other steps was not being take by the pharmacist or staff to call the GP for the request of reprint of RA and not even tried PPA. They just said they can't do anything. What if it was an emergency?

Very impressed with this pharmacy. The doctor faxed my mums prescription and it was delivered the same day within an hour. Brilliant service and very helpful. This will be my pharmacy from now. | ||||||
