So glad I found the pharmacist here, after trying ten other pharmacies to fulfil a prescription due to a Nationwide shortage. This pharmacist was incredibly helpful, first inviting me into the consultation room to discuss supply, requirements and alternatives that I could suggest to my GP. He then contacted drug manufacturer in at least three occasions to my knowledge to bottom out supply issues as there were inconsistencies in the information they were providing. Once options were clarified, he then emailed the GP on my behalf and arranged for an equivalent prescription, which he was then able to order for me. This gentleman was so helpful, empathetic and determined to solve this problem and I am extremely grateful for his kindness in going the extra mile to help me. Highly recommended. Thank you. | ||||||

The staff is very friendly and the chemist is really helpful and takes time to explain the medication. Very caring . The best chemist I have been to in the UK. I would just like to say the service I have received from the Radipole Lane branch has been excellent this is my fourth two monthly visit and every time the service is the same, unlike two other pharmacy's where I have had to make anything between two and four visits to complete one prescription. Thanks guys see you in eight weeks.
