My wife and I are both diabetics , type 1& 2 ,, so we visit the chemist at Mellor st ,Lees on a regular basis in order to pick up our prescriptions . The service we receive from the chemist and his staff is , in our view , exceptional , reliable , efficient and proffessional . The chemist is right next door and on the odd occasion the chemist himself has popped to the doctors if there has been an error or delay , we can't praise him enough . The shop itself is always well stocked , clean and tidy plus has plenty of good offers on their products . A new chemist opened about 200 meters away , and on 1 occasion I had reason to call in , in no way did it compère with Mellor st . When picking up our prescriptions the medication is always ready on time and on the very rare occasion an item is unavailable the chemist himself rings up to say that the item is now in store and could we pop in and collect , the service provided by all the staff at Well Lees is second to none and they should be commended for their great service to the patients of Lees Brook surgery .Ron & Lesley Reply from Well Lees - Mellor Street Tue, 11 Dec 2018 14:50:03 Z Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for leaving your lovely feedback regarding the Well pharmacy in Lees - Mellor Street. Not all prescription supplied. On trying to get the rest there was no record of the outstanding medication at the pharmacy and the person who originally served me was not available. | ||||||

I have been a customer of this chemist or many years and have always been more than happy with the service they provide . Just recently I have unfortunately experienced serious medical issues and have used my GP and therefore he chemist more than usual and can honestly say the staff there have gone above and beyond with their speedy and efficient service. All the staff there are friendly and polite and recommend this pharmacy above all others in the area.
