This pharmacy refused to deliver antibiotics to an elderly housebound patient who they usually deliver monthly
Medications to! Apparently due to being short staffed.
They offered no advice/alternative and didn’t seem concerned that this meant this patient could potentially not get the medications she needs for an infection and therefore her condition could deteriorate.
