The service from Lloyd's upton lea is to be desired, my biggest gripe is their phone answering service which is none existent! It'll ring and ring and nobody answer's you! I'm elderly and I can't have this hassle! Their excuse is usually we're short staffed but I've been told there is at least five staff in the dispensing area this is not exceptable! I'm actually thinking of changing my pharmacy to one down the road further which I know a lot of my neighbours have switched to! They need to get their act together otherwise I'm gone!

If there was less than one star that’s what I would give. My daughters milk comes to this pharmacy from my gp. Whenever I call to request it they do not answer. When I finally get through and mention that I have been calling for hours with no answer the staff are rude and unprofessional instead of apologising. When I get there to collect I have to wait a minimum of 30 mins and they can never see the milk in the bag on the floor which I have to point out every time. The worse customer service and the person behind the counter is always so miserable no hello or hi.

I was with them for the past 5 years or so, but as time goes by, their services got from bad to worse! You can always see there are quite a lot of staff behind the counter, but they will take their time before acknowledging you. And if you are in a queue, the person serving won't check out who got in first therefore resulting to chaos, as she will serve the person who got in last or who just got in. Rubbish, really. Repeat prescription? Forget about it! Numerous times that I have to wait for a long- long time (at least 30-1 hr) just waiting for them to complete the lot. Whereby, it should've been ready for at least a couple of days, as it was already due. To avoid it, I tried to put something in place so that I can get my repeat prescription on time and I don't have to wait for a long- long time. I try to call a week in advance to remind them about the due date of my meds. But who ever is answering the phone was always been rude and would answer back to me that my meds are not due til next week. But was clear enough and was telling her it's just a reminder. A day before the due date I try to call again to remind them that my meds is due the next day. Behold, they are just going to get the order from my GP. Obviously the next day, I called back and meds aren't ready. Lovely! Therefore, I'm already short of meds overnight.
