I have tried for over a year to get to grips with the service at Tesco Pharmacy but even though the Counter Staff are lovely the service is appalling. My prescription was constantly wrong and tge explanations from tge Managers were beyond condescending . I have finally made an official complaint to Tesco who may or may not have followed up, as they didn't get back to me, I shall never know!, and changed my pharmacist. I realised the stress of going to the Pharmacy was just not worth it, and I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Good manners and politeness cost nothing.

I was shopping at that time and happened to pass by the pharmacy. It was 20:00, i left my prescription at home so i asked what time they close, the guy said 2100, i asked if they have epipen in stock and he said yes but prescription is needed. I am aware of the manufacturing problems and difficulty getting epipen at the moment so i said to the guy, i will go home and get the prescription as long as you have it in stock and he said yes. Got back after 30 mins by then it was 20:45, he looks likes he did not expect me to really return, took them awhile to get back to me and it was a different guy who came stuttering and could not really explain that they do not have it. It was a complete waste of time!!!
