Dudley Taylor in Bath is awful. The customer service is appalling. I have never experienced such bad service. I was in there on Saturday and they didn’t even acknowledge me or another customer. Then when you try and get their attention, they are incredibly unhelpful and go out of their way, to not help you.

On Thursday, 18th July, I purchased 2 packs of tights from the Henley-in-Arden Pharmacy. As I waited to pay, I noticed that there were two price labels on both packs. Peeling off the white one, that read £1-75, the yellow label beneath gave the price as £1-39. Quite an increase on such a small amount. As I handed my money to the lady cashier, I commented upon the labels and the price increase. Her reply was that they had been told to charge £1-75 by the new stock list.. But these tights were earlier stock. The whole display had two labels on each pack. I needed the tights, so I paid. As I left the shop, I couldn't believe that no one had had the sense or dishonesty, call it what you will, to remove the old label! Needless to say, buy your tights elsewhere. As a pharmacy, Henley-in-Arden is second to none. We need it in our community.
