This chemist couldn't receive/ synchronise my electronic prescriptions, airways blaming my surgery, which i have never any problems with any other chemists before, the staff at my local Rowlands told me every month i went to collect my medications i was the only person they had a lproblem with, started to bring in paper prescriptions, only to have more problems with staff, having to wait up to 5 hours to gave a prescription filled, and basically insulted every time i go, cant wait to escape thus very poor chemist Original Comment Report...

This is the worst chemist for service I have ever had the misfortune to use! Since changing my GP about 12 month ago, I have not once had the whole prescription given to me on collection! They must have the worst outdated method for dispensing!!! The staff have not got a clue what they are doing and very ignorant!! A common sense business plan needs to be i jected in every member of staff including the chemist!!!!!.
