This establishment has gone downhill over the last few years. I no longer get a message to say my medication is ready and the time to dispense medication takes 5- 5 working days and that's being generous. The staff are definitely not customer focused and are full of excuses when you question them about their poor service and delays with dispensing medication. Avoid at all costs. | ||||||

The doctor prescribed 8 tablets a day for 1 week, so I was given 112 tablets by this pharmacy when I went to school 8 X 7 = 56, I phoned them but they could not work this out & told me to bin the 56 remaining tablets, it's no wonder the NHS are struggling as I get my prescriptions free being over 65, what a waste of money :( | ||||||
