This is the worst pharmacy ever. They told my elderly mother to come back Saturday for a blister pack of over 15 tablets which finished Friday evening. After she had que’d for over 30 mins. I had to go in and say Saturday wasn’t acceptable as they hadn’t even confirmed they had all the tablets and if they didn’t and she was turned away Saturday she would b struggling as it’s a bank holiday. Their attitude was if we don’t care.. they have long que’s and seem to be tell ppl to go away and come back later or they don’t have meds available and telling ppl to come back nx day. Staff are so rude and they have no regard for ppls health! | ||||||

I regularly use this chemist for my repeat prescriptions and found the staff very helpful and pleasant. I recently had a chesty cough for 3 weeks and wishing to avoid the inconvenience of making a doctor's appointment I enquired at Milton's Chemist in Stoke about the Minor Ailment Scheme which I am eligible,
The list of ailments was checked and I was told coughs were excluded in the scheme. I have since checked the NHS website and it does state the scheme varies from location to location. However, the NHS list does include coughs as an ailment in the scheme.
I was left confused and purchased paracetamol instead of the free supply of cough medicine! | ||||||

I have been using this pharmacy for 15+ years, and not had a single cause for complaint. For the last few years I have been employing their delivery service, which again has been faultless. The staff I speak to on the phone are always pleasant and efficient, they even go above and beyond their obligation to ensure customer satisfaction. I've become friends with the two delivery drivers, who always have time for a chat, which is very welcome with my solitary existence. To conclude, I wholeheartedly recommend this pharmacy. | ||||||
