Signed up for electronic prescription service several years ago and they were really good. Now needing regular repeat prescriptions of several items and the service is almost non existent. 1 Regularly having to go back a second time to collect outstanding items on a prescription. 2 Currently have a prescription partly owing and they don’t know when they will get a delivery. Made worse by the fact this is also available over the counter but I they won’t sell it because of the other regular prescriptions! 3 Dispensed wrong medication. 4 Even if you have a prescription sent electronically you still have to wait in store.for it to be dispensed. 5 Had one item which they had to get in specially and had to go back a second time the following day as they ‘hadn’t had the delivery’. They had the delivery but couldn’t be bothered to check it in because I asked if they were sure it would arrive the following day on a bank holiday and the assistant guaranteed it! 6 Went in one day and only the pharmacist in. Dispensed the prescription for me as it wasn’t ready, even though a repeat. Isn’t there supposed to be a check on dispensing? Have now removed them as nominated pharmacy and looking at other options locally.
