After getting the prescription I required you have to wait at least 2 days to get the stock in. This isn't a one off. I wouldn't mind if it was a rare prescription but it's just an anti inflammatory prescription which I expect is common. Other people in the shop at same time also being turned away with prescriptions from day before. If I ever need a repeat prescription I'll ask if I can pick up from Todmorden surgery which may be 30 minutes there and back out of my way, but when you are in pain I don't care. Not blaming the staff, it is more likely Boots policy. Don't bother going from Hebden surgery straight to Boots they won't be able to help you. | ||||||

The store and stock shortage is really bad it’s not big enough to service the doctor’s surgery in Hebden but the staff are absolutely amazing my medicines wasn’t available so I went elsewhere I thankfully have a car but this afternoon a member of the team found some of my medication and called me to tell me. This goes above and beyond customer care I was so thankful to her, it is not the staff that are causing the problems that this branch is experiencing so please be kind they are clearly under enormous pressure and trying their best | ||||||

As above review. Struggling to complete prescriptions in a timely fashion. It may be cheaper for Boots to operate this way but does nothing for the customer or staff welfare | ||||||
