Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Yet again, poor and inadequate. Apparently the area manager was there yesterday, he’s very shady and none of the staff like him, according to one of the staff behind the counter, having that conversation in public with the locum pharmacist. It was at least open at 10.00am for a change this morning, but no till, the till tray was still in the safe. ??. Wholly inadequate and unprofessional.

This chemist used to be really good when run by David & his staff but since the left it is terrible, ordered medications aren’t ready & delivered on time and when they are delivered half of them are missing, no one answers the telephone you just continually keep getting cut off which is ridiculous, and as for the cleanliness of the shop it is disgusting, for a pharmacy that deals with peoples health you have more chance of catching a disease from just walking in there, the staff all need sacking & replaced by someone who can actually do the job & cares about the people they serve

Regularly Pick up prescriptions from here and they are always very helpful and friendly. Recently enquired about flu jab, they took my details and rang me when they came in. Attended for the jab and was in and out straight away Original Comment Report...
