I booked a covid booster jab on 30/11/21 and when I phoned your pharmacy to ask which vaccine it was I was told it was Pfizer. As I have a severe allergy I asked if I could book onto a Modena instead. The lady I spoke to said yes that's fine and she booked me in for 01/12/21 at 10.45am. I turned up today for my jab and the volunteer at the front door said I was not on the list. I explained the situation and her attitude was unhelpful and rude. She made no attempt to speak to a member of staff and basically was turning me away. In the end I went to speak to a receptionist who explained about being under pressure and having lots of volunteers. That's fine but I still expect to be treated with respect and to receive assistance. Being a vulnerable person who needs the booster I was being turned away in a rude manner, it is unacceptable. In the end the receptionist sorted it and I had my jab but I'm still annoyed about the whole situation and will likely not return.
