Very disappointed by the way Mr Sirpal’s daughter conducts herself . A very incompetent lady indeed . A sure let down for Mr Sirpal & Co. Very bad customer services . Has been our family pharmacy since 1987. I can say that from 03/07/2021 based on my customer experience, I will be withdrawing any further visitation’s to this pharmacy due to their appalling after sales customer care. Shocking conduct by both the member of staff & acting pharmacy manager , totally humiliating experience. Have been spending generously at this pharmacy past three years & my parents hold this pharmacy as their preferred gp prescription referral pharmacy but after a few times bad experience. I am appalled. Racist to say the least or arrogant. | ||||||

I have been going to this pharmacy since I can remember and it is great. They have the friendliest staff who are always lovely and a pharmacist who actually talks to you. The shop is by far the nicest, most modern and cleanest in the area. There are so many pharmacies in the area now but none of them have anything on Sirpal chemist. | ||||||

Have been using this chemist for the last 30 years and even though so many other chemists have opened in the area this one is still the best! It is modern and clean and the staff are always so friendly and helpful whenever I come in. The pharmacist and the staff are valued in the community. Keep up the good work! | ||||||
