We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Since my wife became very ill all the staff at this pharmacy have been helpful, caring and considerate every time I have to visit. They have been exceptionally patient with requests for information and help. they have encouraged me to take my wife in so that they could meet her. They always take an interest in us both. They always address me by name. It is very reassuring to know that they are so kind and caring. The next question is difficult to answer since I have to visit for repeat prescriptions for my wife and myself every two weeks.

Spoke to the Branch manager about pain relief gel - She was very knowledgeable and gave explanations about different creams and cream strengths. I was able to make an informed decision on what to buy. Very Happy! Original Comment Report...

I have always fount that the chemist is friendly helpful!! The problem I have is I run out off medication and I then suffer for days.......
