Takes so long now to get your prescription I advise taking a book etc with you while you wait. Service is very poor.

I waited over 25 minutes to be served. Let me point out that the queue was out the door. This was 11.30 am on Thursday morning. There appeared to one person at one point on the front counter and she disappeared for 20 mins not to be seen again. Let me point out at this point everyone in the shop was grumbling about the long wait. A young woman eventually came out and said is anyone waiting to be served. Was she having a laugh??? I advised her that I had been waiting for 25 mins and she said well we're really busy as be got new software. I said it's been like this now for months so no excuses about new software. Her mannerism was very hostile impolite and rude. Not even an apology to the customers whom had been waiting ages. The pharmacist appeared and I said are you the manager he said yes, I said the service here is absolutely appalling, there is no customer service the staff need training on how the speak to customers and I said I will be putting s complaint in and all he said go ahead and complain!! Not even an apology. Absolutely disgusting behaviour he had got no management skills at all. I am surprised this chemist has any customers at all, bad attitude staff, appalling service. I always have my prescriptions electronically sent here, not for much longer. I am taking my service elsewhere to a Company that appreciates customers and is respectful. I don't know how thus pharmacist / manager keeps his job. Lloyds chemist you must be losing customers daily. Your staff need training in customer etiquette - yours disgusted.

Rang the pharmacy 51 times and nobody answers the phone! Terrible service !
