I went to collect a prescription a week last Wednesday, I was told they didn't have it in stock but would have by the following afternoon. The next day I went back but was told they can't get this specific medicine yet and could take a few days. Over a week has now passed so I went back in today to pick up my prescription and refund only to find they had misplaced it and needed about 30 mins to find it. There was no que and I was the only customer in the shop. | ||||||
