I was in this pharmacy today with my mother who wanted to pay for her prescription and the customer service she received was terrible she was told that it’s not their priority to do this (if the patient isn’t their priority then what is?) as I work in a pharmacy myself I know that this is not the way to speak to patients. They then gave her a phone number to call as she doesn’t have internet to do this online and they have her a phone number which wasn’t for paying for prescriptions and lied to her! They then threw script at her and said take it somewhere else. Very rude they need to think about the way they speak to their customers and the way they deal with situations. Changed pharmacies now.
