Well I'm disgusted with the way I have been treated and accused of being a liar by one lady which has lead me being barred from the boots midnight pharmacy in retford today. This lady made me cry and have a panic attack up at my gps due to her with holding my medication and accusing of having 500 of this medication in 4wks. I explained that it wasnt me and that I had spoke to the gp the day before who sanctioned my prescription bt this lady still withheld my medication accusing me and called me a liar and that because all prescriptions had been signed for and issued and collected by myself to which is nt the case. Her manner was so abrupt that she made me cry. My script is now with Bridgegate pharmacy and done on a weekly basis and the staff there are lovely. This accusation was on the 16th june and was barred today on the 29th by the store manager infront of customers to which embarrassed me so that on returning home I phoned the pharmacy to let them know that I will be putting a lengthy complaint and advised that he check his CCTV and he will see the truth that it was her verbally abusing me not the other way round. I also stated that my phone call was recorded bt he claimed that I couldn't use it as I hadn't stated that I was recording this phone call at the beginning. I did state that I would phone again and repeat my concerns bt he didn't want to. I would also like to state that this is not the first time I have been spoken to like this by her. I really dnt know what her problem is with me but will soon find out as i wish for this being barred to be investigated

The items that I order are NEVER in stock. They always BLAME their suppliers and yet Wheldricks Chemist always have a good stock holding. They also do not provide free delivery. The attitude of staff is also incredibly rude. Do yourself a favour and use Wheldricks chemist especially if your items are female ones such as HRT, the pill etc..,

This chemist NEVER have the items in stock and always have issues on obtaining stock which they blame on their suppliers and yet when I visit Weldricks Chemist they are good stock holding. They do not provide a free delivery service if they cannot get hold of stock either. Their attitude is also rather rude and very unhelpful. After suffering their inadequate service for several years I have changed from getting my prescription digitally sent here to another who deliver for free and have no stock issues.
