Since this transferred from Lloyds pharmacy to Stockwood pharmacy, it’s been nothing short of a shambles. They state you’ve collected your prescription when you haven’t, you ring up to check they have your tablets, go up there and they tell you they don’t have them. When I was I there there were multiple people complaining and having the same issues.

I have always had excellent service until now my pain killers where ordered on 27 th September it’s now 9th October I know there was a petrol shortage so I used my emergency supply but I called on the 8th explaining I was down to my last two days was told they wold get back to me I have been chasing them all day on the 9th its 4 50 pm and now down to my last two pain killers what has happened to the amazing service
