All the staff are extremely helpful, it is a very busy pharmacy especially the prescription department. The staff always give good advice especially one particular time when I needed to speak privately, I was taken to a lovely private room and could speak in confidence, without anyone else listening! I do think Lloyds need to employ more staff though as it's clear there is not enough for such a busy pharmacy, which is a shame. Original Comment Report...

I have used this pharmacy for about 5 years or so and I would spend a lot of time waiting in the queue, to then be served by miserable staff, who clearly didn’t want to be there but you could see there was not enough staff to cope, plus 9/10 of my prescriptions or family prescriptions were never ready, even though I would leave it an extra day or so before my due date, which meant I would have to queue again or come back again another day. I visites the pharmacy today as I needed an urgent prescription plus had regular prescriptions to collect. I was prepared to spend a good 30 minutes waiting but I could not believe the difference! It was still busy but when I was served it was with a smile, my items were ready within ten minutes and was given advice about my antibiotics from the pharmacist. I thought I would check to see if my husbands prescriptions were ready as he gets them regularly and it was all ready for collection. The latest service I have received was professional and quick. It is a huge contrast to a few months ago when I was last in to collect regular medications. I felt I needed to comment as the difference is amazing. Please keep it up. Original Comment Report...
