Always a problem with the medication I receive, usually something missing or wrong meds put in. They NEVER answer the phone, They tell you to contact the chemist instead of the Doctor but how can you when they won't answer the phone

As yet again no medication delivered ?another week without them hubby got a lift down via neibourtold the person ordered over a week guess what gave the wrong mens to him for someone else what is happening with this place utter chaos they haven't a clue put someone in who knows what they are doing never any apologies either

My repeat prescription was issued by my Drs on the 2nd june 2023 and still haven't got all my meds. I normally have them delivered but as known of my meds had be delivered by yesterday I went into the pharmacy as I had ran out of my medication. I tried phone several times a day for well over a week but couldn't get through. Hence why I went in (which can be hard for me as I suffer with panic disorder)I said I had a prescriptiob to pick up and that I had ran out of my meds. They then went to check to see if they were ready collect. They said they had just come i said all of them and they said yes and that they would be ready to collect after 3pm. I explained I couldn't get there after 3pm as had an appointment. They said they would said it out in the morning after 10. I received them about 1230pm and guess what i have a bunch of meds owing despite them telling me they had arrived in. I am know with out 3 of my eye drops and about to run out of the 4th. (The 4th was issued on the 15th June so know t should get that in the next day or so)/Not good when you suffer with severe dry eye syndrome and severe allergic eye disease which has lead to having severe damage to both my corneas in the past, so bad the if I had damaged one more layer of both my corneas I could have lost my sight in both eyes so its really important I have all 4 types of eye drops to prevent this. Thank god I received my inhalers and my others meds especially as I was feeling sick and shakey (might just be a coincidence) as two of my meds can cause withdrawal symptoms plus my peak flow was starting to drop and if it drops to much can mean having to have an ambulance and/,or hospital admission. I shouldnt have to wait nearly two and half nearly 3 weeks to get meds(I'm still owed some meds) especially as most drs only allow you to order meds a week before they are due to run out unless you go on holiday. Such as shame they used to be a fantastic pharmacy, but will have to continue to use them as sadly other pharmacies in the area are even worse and/ or wont deliver or are to far for me to get by myself due to my panic disorder. May I suggest that if there's an issue with getting hold of any of the meds on a prescription that you call the patient to let them know and send out the meds you have got. If you let patients know then they can see if the GP/hospital (hospital in my case as only my consultants are can change my meds for known conditions they will then inform my gp to prescribe it )please note i have tried online pharmacies that deliver prescription meds but they either turn way late or things missing. The length of time waiting for meds needs to be looked at cause if it was antibiotics for an infection or lifting saving meds antibiotics,Inhalers or heart meds I dread to think what would happen.
