I always got to Springfield for my prescriptions. So when my sister and I, needed travel vaccination for Thailand, it was a no brainer. We are both very nervous of needles, but we didn't need to worry. We treated with understanding, patient and kindest. We were given a full consultation of what we should think about when travelling to keep safe that we didn't even think about e.g. what kind of anti mosquito spray to use and what ingredient we need to look for. Where in Thailand is high for malaria and even be more careful when crossing the road! We were also given advice on FREE services they provide like quit smoking and mental health advice. The pharmacist really really cared for our wellbeing and that we had a great but safe trip! Couldn't recommend enough!

Very Good pharmacy, always make me feel comfortable when I collect my medicine. The Pharmacist is always happy to discuss any questions I have about my medication. The team are very friendly and always are helpful with chasing up my prescription, so I never have to run around, they do it all for me!

I urgently needed some medication and had to run to this pharmacy as it stocked what I required. It was my first time visiting. I arrived a couple of minutes after closing time but they opened up for me and the pharmacist spent a good 30 minutes out of hours helping me. I was given what I needed, and for free (not provided elsewhere for free but offered free on NHS in Hoxton) as well as some fantastic advice, not only on the main issue I came to address, but also on how to best use my inhaler, and treatment for a small infection that my toddler was suffering from. The pharmacist also provided additional information (verbal and written) on health services in the area. The pharmacist was very welcoming, patient, a good listener, and despite the hour did not rush me once. I was even offered healthy eating advice though this was less essential for me. The pharmacist was kind and considerate and helped with my daughter even though she ran a little wild in the pharmacy. I can't recommend Spring Pharmacy highly enough. You will be in safe, considerate and knowledgeable hands. Thanks again to the pharmacist for going beyond the call of duty to help me today.
